Los Alamos Community Foundation is excited to be teaming up with Leadership Los Alamos and United Way Northern New Mexico to host the first “Volunteer Fair at Chamberfest” on Saturday, June 10th.
The format for this year’s “Volunteer Fair at Chamberfest” will be different than past volunteer fairs. The LACF booth will feature table space for nonprofits to display information about volunteer opportunities. You don’t have to staff the Volunteer Fair booth! You simply provide the materials using easy-to-use templates available at the May 25th nonprofit training session.
Attend the May 25th nonprofit training session to learn more.
Can’t attend on May 25th? Executive directors, staff, board members and volunteers are all welcome to attend. If you are unable to attend the May 25th training session, we strongly encourage you to send a substitute to bring the information back to your nonprofit.
The following templates will be explained at the May 25th training session. They are provided to nonprofits for use in creating their Volunteer Fair “rack cards”:
Nonprofits should drop off the following items to the LACF “Volunteer Fair at Chamberfest” booth by 10am on the morning of June 10th, or to the LANL Community Partnerships Office before 1pm on Friday, June 9th.
- 45 “rack cards” (printed in color or on colored paper for additional impact)
- “Rack card” display rack, if you have one
See you at the “Volunteer Fair at Chamberfest”!
